Go to your bank or their customer service toll-free number almost immediately. If not, your card could be fraudulent and misused.

Another alternative way is to block your card by calling your bank's customer service number. Once the card is blocked, you can apply for a new card via phone banking or bank, with your ID.

However, some banks charge a fee for a replacement card, and some may not.

If the card and the machine are from the same bank, it is possible for your card to be retrieved. This means that if your OCBC debit card is at an OCBC ATM, you can get your card back.
