Avoid these "healthy foods" if you want a ❤️ that is healthy.



1. Diet sodas

  • Health isn't always correlated with sugar consumption.

  • Artificial sweeteners "should not be viewed as a healthy and secure substitute for sugar."

  • These ingredients are used in a lot of products sold internationally.

➡️Suggest

  • In addition to water, perhaps with some fruit or mint

  • If consumes "tea, which is brimming with heart-healthy compounds that aid in battling inflammation and cell damage.

  • Heart attack and stroke risk have been linked to black and green tea.

2. Bread

  • Many people are shocked to learn that bread and baked goods are some of the main sources of sodium in our diets.

  • Bread with visible grains and seeds throughout and at least 3g of fibre per 100 calories is a healthier alternative.

➡️Suggest

  • Replace with Sweet potato, potato, lettuce wrap, Rice papre, sandwich in a salad form, egg wrap, grain free tortillas or others food can replace bread.

3. Margarine

  • Check the ingredients in your margarine before spreading something creamy and delectable on your multigrain bread.

  • Margarine still contains a lot of palm oil, which raises cholesterol.

➡️Suggest

  • The better options are margarine made from flax or olive oil.

  • Olive oil has negligible amounts of saturated fat and no trans fats.

4. Granola bars

  • Many granola bars contain extra sugar, artificial sweeteners, and palm oil, all of which have disadvantages.

➡️Suggest

  • Breakfast should consist of oats and raw nuts. alternatively substitute sugar with dried or fresh fruit as a sweetener.
