Margarine still contains a lot of palm oil, which raises cholesterol.

The better options are margarine made from flax or olive oil.
Olive oil has negligible amounts of saturated fat and no trans fats.
4. Granola bars
Many granola bars contain extra sugar, artificial sweeteners, and palm oil, all of which have disadvantages.

Breakfast should consist of oats and raw nuts. alternatively substitute sugar with dried or fresh fruit as a sweetener.
