iClean Selangor, which debuted on the Google Play Store on July 1, 2016, and is presently accessible in Klang, Selayang, and Ampang Jaya. The programmed requires users to snap images of uncollected garbage after a brief registration process.

The complaint will then be routed to a centralized command Centre for recording and monitoring. The images will be geotagged with their location and submitted to Site Supervisors, who will review them and then forward the concerns to contractors to be resolved within 24 hours.
