Alert: Online 💵 fraud prevention advice

1. As your first line of defence against potential fraudsters, your OTP should never be shared. Financial service providers will never request your PIN or OTP information.

2. Never divulge your password, and keep it private and secure at all times.

3. Never divulge the link to reset your password, and make sure the security questions you choose for your account are challenging and reliable.

4. On open, public networks, never conduct money transactions.

5. For each account, create a strong, one-time password.

6. Make sure you only download apps that are password-protected and come from reliable sources.

7. Make sure a link you get via SMS or email is real before clicking on it. For instance, verify the spelling and URL information.
