It can help you gain confidence and practice projecting your voice.
3. Join Toastmasters club or another speaking group
It will help you overcome your fear of speaking. Undoubtedly, it will become more social as more people can be connected.
4. Be specified
Know what you're supposed to do, for example I'm talking to a stranger today and I'm going to have lunch with my coworkers later.
5. Active listener
Be a listener where introverts can excel because they're gifted listeners. If you are in doubt, ask questions and show genuine interest in what others have to say.
