Turmeric-Ginger Tea
Ingredients: one lemon, two to three glasses of water, one teaspoon each of powdered ginger and turmeric.
Method: Boiled water, Add 1 teaspoon each of powdered ginger and powdered turmeric after taking the pan off the heat. Stir, cover, and leave for ten to fifteen minutes. Lemon juice should be divided between the two cups. Enjoy.
Ginger Tea
Ingredients: Cinnamon powder, water
Method: Two glasses of water should contain a tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Let it sit overnight. The following day, heat until the mixture boils. Strain, then savour.
Drinkable Tea
Ingredients: 1 part dried licorice root, 1/8 part mint leaves, a few cloves, a dash of fennel, and water
Method: Boil the water with all the items added. After each meal, strain the tea to enjoy it.
Tea With Vitamin C
Ingredients: Water, hibiscus flower, fennel seeds, lemon peel, lemongrass, cinnamon, and rose hips
Method: Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat. Add the herb mixture in 3 teaspoons. For 15 minutes, cover and allow to brew. Strain, then savour.
Lemon and Basil Tea
Ingredients: lemon juice, water, and basil leaves
Method: A few basil leaves should steep in boiling water for ten minutes. Before serving, squeeze a little lemon juice in.
