2. Deep breaths and visualisations of the flow
Imagine the oxygen flowing into your heart as you inhale deeply for around five seconds.
exhale for approximately five seconds, envisioning it flowing out.
Continue to breathe in this pattern while imagining anything that makes you happy - a pleasant scent, for example.
3. Use your senses to their full potential.
It's soothing to rub your hands together and then place them over your eyes.
Feel your stiff neck muscles relax as you massage them.
Squeezing the little ball can be soothing, and you can do it under your desk where no one will see you.
